| Pierre ARQUIE, owner of PPA, is at the start and at the end of each piece bearing his company’s name. He controls the whole manufacturing chain. In fact, Mr. ARQUIE himself designs each piece in his collection. He then oversees the whole manufacturing process until completion. In contrast with other companies that make the porcelain pieces but have them painted elsewhere and put together by others. Some companies don't even manufacture anything! They just buy from other manufacturers like PPA and then put their own names on it!
